HCT Board Nominations 2025

Dear members of the Harvard alumni community,

We are preparing for the election of a new Board Committee. In accordance with our By-Laws, the current Board Committee is pleased to open nominations for members interested in serving on the next Board.

The timeline for this year’s election process is as follows:
 • Nominations Deadline: Friday, May 16, 2025
 • Election Week: May 26–30, 2025
 • Announcement of Results: Monday, June 2, 2025
 • Annual General Meeting (AGM): Monday, June 23, 2025 (for paid members only)
 • New Board Committee Takes Office: Tuesday, July 1, 2025

Under the By-Laws of the Harvard Club of Thailand, the membership will elect six (6) members to the Board Committee. Following the election, the elected Board may appoint up to nine (9) additional committee members to Board. All Board members must be lifetime or active two-year members of the Club.

Board members are expected to commit 1-2 hours per week of their time towards the work of the club, lead at least one event per year, attend in-person all board meetings which are typically held once every two months, and also attend club events. If you are interested in standing for election to the Board Committee or would like to be considered for appointment to the new Committee, please reply to this email, send email to admin@harvardthailand.com, or contact any current Board member to express your interest by Friday, May 16, 2025.
